Along with our class schedule, our weekly lesson plans stay consistent to ensure your gymnast receives the best training.
Hi I'm Coach Ricco and I am a recreational and team coach. I have been coaching for over 30 years with expierence in all levels of gymnastics! Vault is my favorite event to coach and pushing kids to their limits and seeing them succeed through practice is what I enjoy most! When I am not in the gym I am coaching Karate. I enjoy cooking, karate, and dad jokes!
